Michael O'Brien

Michael began his career as a dance instructor and party motivator! Michael owned his own dance studio/event center and at that studio in the 90's, Michael was the inventor of the local C&W dance favorite, "Dallas Progressive Double 2 Step”. He honed his skills as a DJ for special events during studio parties that happened weekly with hundreds of attendees and that helped perfect his skills as a DJ/Party Motivator. He transitioned to Mobile Entertainment work for Corporate Events, Weddings, Karaoke Parties, Class Reunions, Ballroom Events, Music Video Raves, and more....



Michael can entertain people of all ages and is a member of the Party Time Texas entertainment lineup. He loves working all types of events from Corporate and Wedding to School Events and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs.

He is known for his extensive knowledge and collection of music from the Big Band Swing to today’s top hits that few can match. Michael also has a large Karaoke Music collection and Music Video library as well.

Currently Michael plays the tunes for all types of dance events weekly at local dance studios and other venues. For the bride and groom that are nervous about their first dance, Michael can help choreograph a dance that your guests will be in awe of.
